His relationships run through every corner of the South Florida market: the brokers who list its most significant properties, the developers who build them, and the title companies and counsel who close them. When a transaction has to happen on a deadline, Michael has usually closed one like it before.

He underwrites a construction loan as someone who has run draw schedules and delivered buildings — because he has.
